Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of emailed.chat and the emailed service. By using emailed, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: milo@milo.gg.

The service

emailed connects to your email, triages it with AI, and delivers what matters to you over iMessage, where you can act on it with tapbacks and replies. emailed is currently in early access and provided as is. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build.

Your account

You must provide a valid phone number and verify it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your phone secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not use emailed for anything unlawful, or to send spam, harassment, or malicious content.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Connect only email accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Subscriptions and billing

emailed offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Max), billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

Referral program

You may share your personal referral link. When someone you refer subscribes to a paid plan, you earn 40% of the amount they pay, on each payment, for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Earnings are held for a short period before payout to allow for refunds and disputes; earnings tied to a refunded or disputed payment are reversed. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect, which requires you to complete its onboarding. We may modify or end the referral program, and we may withhold earnings obtained through fraud, self-referral, or abuse.

Your content and email

You retain all rights to your email and content. You grant us the permissions necessary to operate the service on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. emailed acts only on explicit actions you take; you are responsible for the messages you choose to send.

Signature on outgoing mail

Emails you send through emailed end with one line identifying that they were sent from emailed, including your personal invite link. This is on by default. You can turn it off at any time under Integrations in your dashboard, and doing so changes nothing else about the service.

Disclaimers

emailed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI can make mistakes: summaries, triage decisions, and drafts may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is sent and for not relying on emailed as your sole system for important or time-sensitive mail.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, emailed and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed, delayed, or mishandled emails. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using emailed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use emailed ends; certain provisions survive.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which emailed operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
